Preheat the oven to 400 F and take a muffin pan. Now you just have to mix all the ingredients together and add cheese and the spices of your choice to it. The next step is to form balls and just put them in the muffin pan. Put everything in the oven around 25 minutes and voilà your little Quiché bites are ready.

Nuts, like Cashew nuts for example, are one of the best foods if you are looking to lose weight. They are full of protein, hence they help you to melt fat and to build muscles. Furthermore, are they full of zinc, which is a great vitamin to strengthen your immune system. An easy recipe is the cashew granola. All you need for it is 1 1/2 roughly chopped cashews, roughly chopped pumpkin seeds, 2 large egg whites, 2tsp. Ground cinnamon, honey, rice cereal and oats and salt. Preheat the oven to 325F and top a baking sheet with baking paper. Take a bowl and mix the egg whites, the cinnamon, the honey and all the other ingredients together. Once everything was stirred well, layer it on the sheet and let it bake for around 30 minutes. After it is backed let it cool and then you can break it or cut it in crunchy pieces. You can eat the delicious granola either with yogurt, milk or however else you like.
